  Barry that is quite obvious.  However does not give license to insult the Christian majority who do. Still a national holiday to be celebrated by all. It is a Holiday of giving .Give and be happy.   Xmas is an insulting term to ones that do, period. That simple. Has nothing to do with if one celebrates it or not. I felt it is my duty to say so. Tolerance counts.
I am a bit surprised you do not see that.

On planet Vietnam they don't celebrate Christmas and (The calender) New Year,
well, they do celebrate by decorating the streets with lights, mainly for tourist
and the catholic community also celebrate Christmas.

Interesting, I never knew Xmas was considered to be offensive, and even less that it originates from the name Christ!

Anyways, I hope everyone's having a good time as winter gets serious. I used a snowblower for the first time and it was F'ing awesome compared to shoveling my driveway for hours.

  When we lived in the mountains it was common to have a half a dozen 2' + snows each winter.  Our driveway was about 250' long. Didn't take me long to fully appreciate the advantage of a garden tractor.
