I am looking at the either the "Dream" or the "Global" series 2A3 tubes for our new 2A3 preamp and the DHT/300 Hybrid amp.
Anyone here have any experience with these tubes?

By the way, my brother went to Egypt in 1977.  At that time only the shoulders and the head of the Great Sphinx was above the sand.

The Egyptians had let it get that bad? Weren't some ancient sites lost some decades ago when they built a gigantic dam?

Quote from: P.I. on July 05, 2024, 10:55:37 AMMy friend Brad has the higher power 7293 amp almost finished.  I'll report on it when it is finished.

That will be fun to hear his opinion.

Dave,

Any idea if Brad ever finished that 7293 amp?
Nope. I'm in Texas and will be home Monday.

I'll email him and ask.  I REALLY want to hear it.  Jeremy's 7297 amp is a low wattage killer.

I have had all of the parts to build a completely new design by Jeremy.  I've had it for way too long. This has been a terrible year physically, but things are looking up.  My arthritis has plateaued and I found a new therapist, so my hands are beginning to work again.  I really, really do want to do this build. 👍🏼

I love the recreation of great music.

Glad you are turning the corner physically. I am set for a one level fusion in my low back in July.

I think you also had a dac build planned using multiples of the TDA 1543 chip.

Praying for better health for you 🙏

That will work with my normal usage now. I was starting to get an inkling of more air late last night. If these don't work out, not sure if I'll put the WyWires Silver (made of copper) back in or ??
