George Benson at the Wynn in Las Vegas

A group of us attended the George Benson concert at the Wynn Hotel last night. It was an excellent show in all aspects including the band and singer/percussionist Lilliana, who I had not heard of previously. George Benson is 82 years old. His voice is still quite good as is his range and he had very good energy.

It is rare that I attend a concert, but I was a guest and the ticket was quite reasonable at $100. I also didn't have to drive and the car I rode in was the most luxurious Cadillic I've ever been in. Certainly a fun night and it's something I might do more of in the future as I only live an hour from Las Vegas.

Diana Krall is supposed to perform downtown, but I don't think I can afford the tickets.

I don't keep up with the shows in Vegas. But I was offered the ticket for $100 and I like George Benson, and I got a great meal at my friend's house and got a ride in an uber luxurious Cadillac. So it's tough to turn down that kind of an offer!

As to Diana Krall, I don't think I can afford her either 💰 🤷
