Yes indeed. There is a local radio station where I live that plays nothing but oldies but goodies. For the last couple of weeks before her death, he was playing a lot of Ike and Tina. It was one particular cut where she sings and he speaks. Great song but I have no idea what the title is…

Ed Ames has passed away. He sang some very romantic/thought provoking songs.
He was the one associated with the famous tomahawk throw on the Johnny Carson Show.

I’ve seen that clip from the Carson show. Couldn’t have been scripted any better. I watched the Daniel Boone series when I was a kid. I really enjoyed his singing

George Winston of Windham Hill fame has died at the early age of 73.  I've been a fan since the 80's.
