been thinking about getting a new cd player but just havent been able to pull the trigger on one-
so i started thinking about dac's,and how my hdtv has only digital out for sound-figured if it didnt float my boat i could at least use it with my tv and stop running my tv audio thru the cable box's rca outs-
so i broke down and bought a zero dac,well not just a zero dac but a zero dac with Tianyun ZERO Multifunction Decoders-whatever they are -

upgraded zero dac arrived today :D has a 627 op amp instead of a 2604-

out of the box it had no stage or depth,after a song or 2 its started to open up-but the bass was solid out of the box-even if its not my thing i can still use if for my tv and with luck remote the volume with the tv like my last one did
thing started to open up nice last night- i would say its worth the 125$ imho
