Title: Stereo Christmas List
Post by: richidoo on December 19, 2008, 11:22:23 AM
Of course we all know that Santa Claus is an audiophile. He would rather give audio related gifts than socks, but so few ask for special audio gifts. Here's your chance to let The Big Man and his elves know what you really want for Christmas.  Don't hold back - I'm not....

Rich List for Santa: (Audio category only)
dCS Scarlatti digital stack
Wilson Audio Specialties X-2 speakers
Audio Research Ref-210s amps
Audio Research Ref3 preamp
JPS Aluminata wiring
Sooloos
40x30x12 basement :D
Ray Samuels Audio Emmeline II - The Raptor headphone amp
Book: Get Better Sound, Jim Smith
Book: Intro to Loudspeaker Design, John Murphy

I reserve the right to amend when I think of more.

Merry Christmas everybody!
Rich

A DECENT SOURCE
Interconnects
and a place to put my system together (system is in storage as I am in transition right now)

That's all I ask.  I'm very happy with everything else.

Thanks,
Mike

Maybe some custom colored room treatments.  Other than that I am currently satisfied with system!

Start with a stocking chock full of new music  :)

After that a pair of Pass XA60.5's would be really nice.  Santa, are you listening?

While I do have a list of audio-wishes, I think my biggest wish would just be to have the time to sit and listen.  Life seems to have gotten in the way of that this past year.   At least, that will be my New Year's resolution.
