For $300 boys its making some serious noise out there. Trying to get a demo for the Audiosyndrome meeting this month. Will compare to Loesch & Weisner. Check it out. Vista makes some excellent sounding gear. I have no doubt this Phono Pre will be very very good. Boris is an excellent engineer and knows his circuits. His intergrated amps are giant killers if you can use low power.

My favorite for the money is still the Hagerman Bugle on battery power.. which ends up being under $100 in a nicely completed box. I'd like to hear that compared to the Vista.. My all time fave is still the Eastern Electric phono pre.. around a grand, though.. I dare anything to beat the EE for detail and life... wow, what a great rig.

That would be cool. Hagerman makes some of the best bang for buck gear around. A G2 summit is in order me thinks. Thanks in advance men.

The Vista Phono 1 is a nice little preamp. It has brought me a lot of good listening. We can do a comparison at next g2g.
