   Nice find Bob. Always used a flux buster who knew.

The Fluxbuster does a better job on moving coil cartridges but is not recommended for moving iron and moving magnet cartridges as it can actually cause damage to them.  :shock:

This has a similar effect to using the Cardas sweep record (and it's free  :) )

I did this to demag the Grado cart that my son Bobby has mounted in his Thorens TT and it really helped "shake the cobwebs out."

Just tried it. I did a before and after listen and I think I heard some more clarity. Hard to tell because I certainly can't go backwards and check it out again.

In any case, it didn't hurt.
