Title: Magnetic attentuators

Still on the hunt for preamps, I've been reading a lot about magnetic passive types, autoformers and transformers. Then I just found out the best of the bunch (Bent) is temporarily (I hope) unavailable. Not too many other TVCs with remote volume control. Anybody using magnetic passive attentuators?

You could always watch Audiogon for a used Bent. They do appear at times....watch for a NOH. 8)
