Title: What's the scoop on massive old pro TT's?
Post by: S Clark on April 10, 2012, 03:41:42 PM
Does anyone here have any experience/knowledge about broadcast turntables- Rek-o-Kuts, Gates, Russco, QRK, etc..?
I've been fighting the urge to do some ebay bidding and I think it's a losing battle.

I got my broadcast table today :D   It's made by QRK, possible a Collins 200 model.  It's almost identical to this larger version.

The tonearm is a Micro-trak 303 by Gray.  It's a funky looking thing that might be just the ticket for my Denon 102 mono cartridge. It's like the one on this 16" QRK.
