Title: Claire de Lune and La Campanella - Jonah Ho
Post by: malloy on August 25, 2022, 09:49:59 PM
My wife and I decided to just chop our piano into firewood after seeing this.

Still in his Sesame Street jammies and already this good.

Hi Paul,

Yes, quite amazing 😳 and especially so with his small hands.  The Liszt piece was especially impressive. Who plays piano? You or your wife?

Hi Nick,

The wife. All my piano teachers quit after seeing how talentless I was.  That's why the only thing I play now is the stereo!

Yes, stumbled upon this video last night. The body language and how the kid 'feels' every note is like seeing a seasoned player. Dynamics, precision, expression - he nailed them all.

Yes, the kiddo certainly feels/connects with the music. It's great to see that with some artists.

Remember that you were talented enough to pursue and win the heart of your dear wife!
