For Rene'e and I it's Windham Hill's "A Winter's Solstice Vol. II".
Lovely music that fits in the background or for a dedicated listening session. Windham Hill recording quality is quite good as well.

I'll admit to a boring answer..... But when I was a kid, I always enjoyed the Andy Williams Christmas Specials, so that's my answer. Many fond memories for me
