Get a Guass meter and be surprised to what the readings are. Not good for ya. Over 100 gauss not recommended.

Have not tried the red light therapy. Estim never worked. Best and cheapest is 2 Aleve/naproxen at bedtime only. Doesn't help at all during the day....
