Title: Back At It Again.
Post by: rollo on April 21, 2025, 11:03:01 AM
With Triose Petes help got the Kuzma TT going again. Using a Ortofon Bronze cart. Tubed phono stage 12AU7 tubes in the Audio Hungary Preamp.
Compared to the Aqua La Scala CD transport and Formula xHD DAC it has more of a 3D soundstage. However noisey compared to CD. Like both. It is fun playing true analog LPs again. THANKS Pete. One adj left. Fozgo Meter.

Nice table, Charles. I didn't have the space, patience, dexterity and visual acuity to deal with vinyl.

Am curious if you ever tried any of the Schroeder arms. I saw him do a demo one time where he took a tiny shred of paper and placed it on the rear of his tonearm and that lifted up the front of the tonearm. It was that delicately balanced.

Nah not a fan of expensive arms. Just need to match Cart with a good arm.
