Forgotten that I started a thread on Spotify five years ago (https://audionervosa.com/index.php?topic=8153.0).
After the long wait, Spotify HiFi is supposed to be here.

I have NOT seen it in my subscription. Has anyone seen it roll out in their accounts?

Hi Paul,
Anything new on this? I have never subscribed to Spotify. Just use streaming companies that JPLAY can integrate.

Hi Nick,
Yes, after a month or so after posting, my Spotify was able to play lossless. The max is 16/44.
If your music is already on other platforms, it might not be worth it.

Paul,
It appears Spotify might work under a Windows application. I am an Apple aficionado and Qobuz and Tidal integrate very nicely in JPLAY. JPLAY also sounds better than Roon. I would not have believed that, but was sold on JPLAY as soon as I tried it 🎶
Nick
PS thanks to Jack D for the suggestion on JPLAY!

As good as it was when you signed up Marcin keeps making improvements to make it better. If you haven't tried it in a while he has finally gotten all the bugs out of the Internet Radio function and it now works flawlessly with stations up to 192k. I use it regularly with my streamers from Holo, Auralic and Eversolo.

Jack,
Thanks for the update on that. I have not tried the Internet radio function in a long time and will give it a try again.
