Awesome... that's a lot of work over a long time....  I agreed with his comments on the Black Sand's Cables... except the website comments are out of date ;) .  I wonder what he'd say about the newer Chromiums?  We'll never know, he's burned out on this!  :lol:

I found the Violet's a little more 'high energy' and the Chromium's a little more 'smooth' sounding... and my already 'lively' system needed the smoother sound.  The Silver Ref's are a perfect balance of smoothness and impact, though.... and you pay a premium for a 0-sacrifice cable.  All of his cables are very 'clean' sounding and very good value... I'm glad others have found the same to be true.

The Running Springs Audio + Black Sand Cables combo has been a winner for me... and will stay for a LONG time.
