SAS Amplifier(s)

I would be interested in any info you would care to post regarding your (soon to be updated?) amplifiers. They were(are) 25 watt mono's if I recall correctly.

Anything you would like to share would be cool. :)

Hi Weez,

     Right now, not much accomplished regarding cabinets for the amps. Still haven't had time to checked out some other tubes and possibly increase output power either.

Been testing a 3.5 way speaker that uses the Scanspeak 2545, a Seas W18, and dome for mids and highs. Extremely bright on both SS and my amps when they first arrived.

Since they are on loan, I cannot dig into the crossover, but I was able to cut down both domes and the sound is now excellent. The bass is pretty good, working on the room.

Takes so long to do and so little time. That is about it for now.

Thanks Weez, I will. If anyone is interested, one can drop a line and come by for an audition of my test system. I have one gent already on his way from New York, on vacation, for an audition.
