Sure, first there was a recommendation then i did some research. I could not find a bad word about it. Basically they claim it's comparable to any amp in the 5 figure range (10-30K) . I am not sure if i would go that far but yes it is good. I would say it is a very forceful amp, big on lower midrange and great dynamics, more than its 150w power rating suggests. It is dark sounding and not as delicate as a Pass or Modwright but its more exciting to listen to. I find Pass to be blah.

Yup Pass is dry. Brand new ? Jim be reminded that input is only 30K. Maybe the dark sound is a mismatch with preamp. Or if new not broken in yet.  Not trying to rain on your parade just providing input.  ENJOY !!!

Thanks charles but I dont believe it is the 30K ohm input impedance. My Modwright was only 23K ohm. I think it is a sonic characteristic of the amp itself. When I say dark that is comparative to my kwa 100se.
