Are there any Von Schweikert VR4_Gen.III owners out there that have experimented with different types of isolation between the top & bottom cabinets and/or with different spikes/footers under the bottom bass cabinets?

Herbies Audio Lab caught my eye on Audiogon, but I'm sure there are countless other choices to be considered.

FWIW - I have tile flooring on a plywood subfloor over a crawlspace in my listening room.

Bill, if you are still searching, here is a site that I just ordered some base outriggers from, for my Acoustic Zen Adagios. www.soundocity.com Should have the base support outriggers for your speakers as well.

I've read through quite a bit of what's on AC already.  I just thought that posing the same question here on AN might (?) reach a slightly different audience; although I'm sure there are plenty of audiophiles who frequent more than one forum and thus will have seen this more than once.

Lately, I have had very little time to listen to my system at all!   

I will continue looking for ideas on this when I think I can actually act upon them.  See you a week from this Friday.

I watched this yesterday, there are some comments near the end about what to put between the WATT and the Puppy to manipulate the bass sound. Maybe you can FF toward the end.
