Hey...Carl...how is the new house coming along??

Slower than I expected... Work keeps getting in the way for my wife and I... Which is good for income, bad for time.  When I get some plans drawn for the basement, I'll start a new thread for it... and document the progress.  The budget for the whole basement isn't far off from 50,k... It's amazing how fast the dollars get eaten up...
