I will extend the Group Buy date to fit in another g2g.

Please let me know when this is as I have been working on something I would like you guys to hear and provide me feedback on.....good or bad, it all helps.

Interesting comments or lack thereof....  What did you guys hear?  Feel free to Pm me or start another thread if you like.

Thanks,

Rob S.

Hi Rob!
Comments here:  http://www.audionervosa.com/index.php?topic=1368.15

They didn't sound as good as we expected. Grover is gonna check them out before our next g2g on May 23 when we will take another listen to them.

oooops, disregard the last post...    I found the feedback on the GTG thread

I followed all the comments re the G2G (which I could not make)
and the speaker cables comparisons.  I have never had the pleasure
to hear the JPS Aluminatas (or downward in their line), or the Straley Realitys,
but I can say I have not detected what I would call any "harsh" or "brittle"
qualities while having the latest Grover "SC" speaker cables in my system since
February 10th.
I hope Grover can find any problem with the G2G set and explain the problem!

I took my folks to Tennessee's Fall Creek Falls State Park on Saturday and
walked a short distance off the gorge loop road down to Buzzard Roost.  There
I remembered "Weez," who was a moderator on AudioNervosa forum before his passing...
he had lived in Cookeville TN another 30 miles or west of I-40 beyond Crossville, which we had passed through on the way down from Oak Ridge.

I hope Weez was remembered at the G2G (or will be at the next one at Rich's)...

Thanks Roger, I think about WEEZ all the time, but only mention him when the opportunity is ripe, sometimes people feel uncomfortable with old memories. He was my first online mentor and I still follow his advice all the time. He was so advanced and yet so patient and cool. I finally saw a picture of him in Double Ugly's Audio Circle Gallery, from when they went to the marching band competition. It's been 1.5 years since he passed.
