Wow, I never got that kind of service from Thiel!!!!!!

Maybe I need to switch speaker companies.

(Then again I would also have to change amps - 200W into a set of K-Horns would register on the Richter scale. )

No Mr. Topround, no 2nd passport, but the one I have is getting bulky by the added pages.  Very soon, I will have to apply for a new one.

I'm in Southwest China right now, at a hopover town to go south of here tomorrow mornin', to see some rice terraces, like http://images.search.yahoo.com/search/images?_adv_prop=image&fr=yfp-t-701&va=yuanyang+rice+terraces.

Had a good day outing today to a place called Stone Forest, primarily limestone (they call karst) kind of weird formations.  Along the way, as with tradition of their travel business, we made shopping stops (only way the tour guide would earn a cut of anything you'd purchase, probably any tour guide will remain poor guiding me!).  We first were entertained at a tea demo session, of some new promotional tea "leaves".  Well, I found out later that the company has like 50-60 such tea demo rooms in the new building, part of a mega mall/complex, each tea room  of like 20x20', with new traditional Chinese furniture.  All 8 of us didn't buy anything and walked out (olften the case).  So, guys, don't believe what you read about China's GDP growth figure each year.  There's a lot of these buried, nobody accounts for, IMO.  I don't think the Chinese people have good accounting systems to keep track of costs.  Isn't that what they call "underground" economy?  That's besides the cheap wages, to make them so competitive!?  The Japanese had it, so why shouldn't the Chinese or anyone else?

Will be back 12/27.  See y'all soooooon!
