Rumor of a New Speaker from SP Tech

Guys:

A very good source told me a rumor that Bob Smith is about to launch a new Timepiece Mini Speaker.  Supposably it will have a 6.5" Woofer, the Waveguide and produce base down to 40Hz.  Thoughts are these will be sold factory direct for $1500.00/pair.

Sounds like the perfect speaker for rear surrounds in an HT System or for a smaller 2 channel system.
