Led Zepplin: Mothership
(4) 180 LP Set

Beautifully packaged, this set features 4 180g discs pressed by RTI. Like a lot of RTI discs the contain a fair amount of clicks and pops. Not so much that they actively interfere with the music, but they are a little annoying. I am hoping that after another couple of plays and trips through the VPI cleaner they will all but disappear. Other than that the sound is A+ and there is no meed to discuss the quality of the music.  8)

Hummel, L. Mozart, Telemann, Vivaldi / André, Karajan

Actually I have the vinyl edition of this on the Angel label, can't believe what Andre can do with a trumpet.

This is the classical counterpoint to the great jazz trumpet players.

Robert Pollard can do no wrong in my book.  From Guided by Voices to his many side and solo projects such as Circus Devils and Airport 5 the man is a musical genius.
