Reference Recordings 45 RPM LP

Further proof that there is nothing new under the sun. While much has been discussed in recent years about the merits (and drawbacks) of the 45 RPM LPs introduced by Classic Records, Analogue Productions and several other audiophile record labels, everyone seems to forget that this is not a "new" idea. Keith Johnson and Reference Recordings were selling 45 RPM records 30 years ago. IMO the Tafelmusik LP set a standard for SQ from an LP that has been met by few records since then. (and they did it on standard weight vinyl for a price that was no more expensive and any of the other audiophile releases of the day. Makes you wonder......  :-k )
Remember, it's all about the music........
