Searched this out on the recommendation of a friend. This is the third album from this now 19 year old blues guitar prodigy who at the age of 10 was on the road opening for Buddy Guy on his Summer East Coast Tour.

FYI, album is more of a rock based blues that tradition Buddy Guy type blues, but boy can this kid play.

And, you gotta love a 19 year old kid who is releasing his music on vinyl....

Wes Montgomery ‎– Road Song

Jazz guitarist gets the Muzak treatment, that's too bad. Then I looked it up and learned this was his last album before dying of a heart attack at 45, that's what it sounds like, great technique but devoid of emotion. Well, only $1 at the Q-town flea market so can't complain.

I've always hoped to find a vinyl copy of that one day.
In the meantime, Bernstein on a two eye Columbia. I like the El Salon Mexico, but the Appalachian Spring is passable.
