Is Qobuz running pretty bug free now?

No issues on my end, but I also keep my setup as minimalist as I can.  I am also not using the desktop application, since the UPnP support is still beta and does not work with HQPlayer Embedded.

IMO, this was just an attempt by Regis Philbin and his wife Joy to cash in on his celebrity.

Very amateurish performance by Regis . Although his wife was better, it was not by enough to save it.

Saw it in the uber sale bin and thought I would grab it just to satisfy my curiosity. The price came to only 18 cents... and it still wasn't worth it.

Off to the Crack house with this one.

Jim Tolzer: Solo Guitar



Solid Air CD

I picked this up because I have several acoustic guitar albums by former Wigs guitarist Laurence Juber on this label and they are all very well done.

I was not disappointed. This one is a keeper.

The price came to only 18 cents... and it still wasn't worth it.

We've all taken fliers that missed- but never for  18 cents.

The 18 cent price tag made it real easy to take the jump, as there was not all to much downside risk.

You could use it like my copy of "So Much Love" by the Ray Conniff Singers... used as a dust cover for my mono rig.  Just for grins once, I actually ran it through the ultra sonic cleaner and listened to it.  Only once.

I did not care for this for the same reason I am not a fan of the West Side Story album she did wit Jose Carreras. IMO Kiri's operatic singing style just doesn't cut it in the jazz world. While her performance is clean and technically correct it is sterile and does not convey the heart and should of a good jazz performance.
