August 2020 News Update
Beginning of this year, Purity Audio Design has changed its business model. We are now an OEM/ODM company. Designing OEM products for various audio companies.
We will still maintain a few select products that will be designed, built and sold through Purity Audio Design. New web site design is under way. Till then, please visit www.responseaudiony.com

We will be producing the following products.
1) Harmonia v2.0 2A3 or 300B buffer/preamp

2) Harmonia v2.5 2A3 or 300B source buffer stage with 4 inputs. No volume. Can be run through a tape loop or as a DHT output stage for any source with up to 4 sources connected.

3) Master Reference 2A3/300B -6SN7 Linestage - Our best yet 

4) Master Reference 2A3/300B stereo tube amplifier (under development)

5) Reference 6SN7 balanced linestage - Our award winning linestage. While supplies last. Only 2 available. Will be discontinued.

After much consideration, we. Do not want to let the Reference linestage to go away. It has always been a great seller for us. We have decided to continue with the Reference in a mk4 version.

Two new standard features to be found on the Reference and Master Reference linestages.
- Tape monitor loop. This will allow the use of an equalizer, reel-to-reel or our Purity Harmonia to be inserted into the circuit
- Bluetooth. Both preamplifiers will now be equipped with v5.0 Bluetooth.

Thanks for the kind words Dave and Charles. We have spent far to much time in the design of these products over the years to let them go away.  We are very excited about the Master Reference preamp and already getting amazing feedback from those who have heard the prototype.

Well everyone. A lot has changed since the last post. We are now producing the Raven Audio Reflection integrated amplifier that resides in their Elite series of products. I am still producing the Avian Series as well.
Right now I am working on the chassis design of the new Master Reference preamplifier that will be brought out in the Reflection chassis. A top level chassis for a top level component. Purity Audio has been working on this product for nearly 10 years and now that its completed, it will be coming out under the Raven umbrella.
Stay tuned for this one to be released soon.
Due to such a busy schedule, I have been working a minimum of 10 hours a day, 7 days a week.

There is still one Purity Audio Design product that will not go away, the Harmonia v2.0 (shown below). We will continue producing this product. However, we will not be taking orders on them. We will build to sell. In other words, as time allows, we will be building this product and THEN posting it for sale. This is due to our scheduling and the likelihood of not being able to meet our 30 turnaround times. Latest Update- The new Harmonia v3.0 is now being released under the Raven Audio umbrella.chassis have been ordered and hope to have production pieces ready by mid July.
A new name for this model is being discussed and we will post this information when available.
This new enhanced version will have the following features:
- able to use the 45, 2A3 or 2.5v 300B
- built in filament voltage meter
- 80Hz high pass filter
- preamp bypass; allows the Harmonia to be used as a DHT output stage for any source component or used within a tape monitor loop or between preamp and amplifier.
- New powder coated chassis
- 3/8” thick front panel
- balanced or single ended
- Remote volume

Under construction now is the new Raven Nightingale. The Nightingale, once known as the Purity Audio Design Harmonia, is a DHT preamp using the 45, 2A3 or 2.5v 300B. Available as a single ended or balanced version.
The new chassis is powder coated aluminum with a 3/8” thick machined aluminum face plate.
Full details as well as pictures will be available soon.
Now that Raven has the once know Harmonia, Purity Audio will cease sale of this product under the Purity name.
Purity Audio Design has been working on the release of a new series. The Foundation Series consist of 3 new product from the start. The Foundation Pre, Foundation Buffer and Foundation J-DAC.
Information can be found on our new web site. Pictures are not there yet but most information need is on the web site. We will be posting pictures over the next two weeks.
All foundation Series products are housed in custom build Hardwood chassis produced for Purity by Geshelli Labs. 

Purity is also working on a new hybrid design amplifier to be mated with the “Nightingale” preamplifier. 😉
