Received Pete's ethernet cable this afternoon. Beautifully built and already playing. A subtle but noticeable and enjoyable improvement. It reveals more detail, is smoother, has a bit more depth on certain small venue recordings and presents the soundstage in a more realistic manner. Very glad I got it. Might be worth a try for Evan. This also confirms what a good performer that budget UPLINK ethernet from Amazon is.

Well, I stand by my preliminary assessment.But after 5-6 hours, things started opening up even more. Who woulda thunk it??

So I will report more tomorrow and enjoy more tunes right now 👍🎶

I
always live with a change for about two weeks, change back to the prior configuration and then assess the changes.  Keep what works and then move forward.
