CAT pre has built in phono.
When I had a Tempest pre, I had to buy a CA 545(?) phono stage because the phono stage in the Tempest was unusable, never could get the songs, just hummed along.

Here is what I purchased based on some reviews , specs , and most of all the mighty dollar. It should be here in about a week.

Should sound very nice and give you plenty of flexibility when you decide to upgrade to a LOMC. :thumb:

Nice Evan, looking forward to hearing what you think and with the ability to go to LOMC looks like you have 80 DB gain.

Putz - let him at least receive it first and plug it in before you start throwing mods at him. Who do you think he is ... JoeB?
