Follow the dirt path to the grizzly bear make left and turn at the third dear but watch out for the possum crossing continue straight until you hit his house. Don't use GPS because you will end up in the middle of the woods.

I'll bring your cartridge back to you, Didn't get to try it out but THANKS for the generosity.

I'll be there too, with my 17 year old son if that's OK. I could bring my highly modded Supratek pre (line and phono) if you'd like. I've rebuilt the power supply with Lundahl iron and PP caps, made an upgraded umbilical cable and put a bybee music rail on the heaters since I brought it to Toprounds house earlier this year. Seems like there are quite a few preamps already offered, however, so let me know.

I'll also need directions, please.

Somehow the last couple of times my GPS got me to Mike's place alright .  Your GPS must have been made in China :duh?  Incidentally, I was out west in Sept. (Oregon, flying into Portland).  We had 2 Garmins, and we had so much problem around the airport area.  We'd be on a highway (a major one to say), that old lady inside would come up with "Arriving at Destination".  Couple of years ago, I went on assignment to somewhere south of Portland also.  When came back to Portland on the night before departure, looking for my hotel at the airport, the old lady said "Arriving at Destination" again, about another mile away from the hotel.....  Don't trust too much those old ladies in the box

Yes, I had updated before the trip(s).

I use a sextant and the stars...I somehow always make it home :o
System consists of an amp a preamp, 2 speakers a turntable and a phono preamp, Also some cables and power cords and a really cheap cd player.

I drink heavy, wherever I am when I wake up, that's where I am.

Nothing's wrong star-gazing to gauge your position. That's why you're more accurate than the damn Garmin.  I sent them complaints, and they still came back with "Nothing's wrong with our simulation over here...." Go figure.  Incidentally, when we go lost in Portland, we ended up by the Adidas corporate complex, and some lady from the parking lot took us to the right spot (we followed her car).  Just as good as GPS.

hmmm... I'm not sure about taking the Z down Mike's dirt road, but if you come by my place early we could go for a cruZe before beading to Mike's. 400+ ponies are fun ;) I also was informed that I need to be home for dinner that evening, so I'll need to leave Mike's around 4  :( If you're ok with that sched I'm happy to have you sit shot-gun in my new hoopty, a '97 Lexus ES300.
