Yes Robin that's the one. I've been trying diff. tubes thanks to 2 A/N members sending me 3 pairs all of which sound better than the EH 6SN7 tubes (very noisey) I purchased

Hmmm, this may be the year I replace my Aerial 10t speakers.  I love them but they're not a great match for my room nor my wife's esthetics.

With what remains a mystery...

Good luck with your search Mike. There are a lot of choices but few that can match the value of used 10T. You'll find them this year!

Check Craigslist and Goodwill. I got a nice velour recliner for $50. Just don't forget the sniff test.

Well... after almost 2 years of savin' up my pennies, I have enough $$$ for sending my Von Schweikert VR-4 Gen.III speakers in to Von Schweikert Audio for upgrades to VR-44 status.  (My apologies to my Audio Syndrome members who have been hearing about this for so long they've gotta be tired of the mention of it!)

Anyway, I have them all packed up (finally!) and just have to set-up the trucking (to California) with the freight company that's taking them.  Hopefully, these will be en route by this coming Saturday!?!

The 10Ts are classics and to my wife's credit, she has totally enjoyed the sound and has not really complained about the looks (much).  But, they require space to breath and my current listening room which doubles as our living room is less than 12' wide (they're on the long wall) so they dominate the room.  They also seem to be magnets for the grandkids so something's gotta go (and it ain't gonna be my tunes

I'm very interested in the Von Schweikert VR-35s which are designed for near-wall placement.  Time will tell...

My system went through a lot of changes this year. New Von Schweikert VR 33 speakers, Moscode 402 AU amp, Belles 22A preamp and all new wiring from Morrow audio. I am getting ready to send in my Logitech touch to be Bolder modded. 2012 will be the year of the DAC, hoping to find a perfect DAC to compliment my system!
