 Love the name. Chris VH has developed an interesting device. Not cheap though.
  Some thyatron tube affair. Over my head EE wise bit knowing VH Audio they do not hype or deceive. Worth a look anyways.

I don't know why but when I look at the Plamatron from the front I think of the Flux Capacitor from Back to the Future.
