I was watching a movie tonight (Return to Me) and heard this song for the first time. WOW. Jewel's voice should be absolutely magnificent, beautiful, so special with the effects. I wish I had heard this song years earlier.

It is almost like I can hear the recording studio walls, and just floats, a huge sound stage, her voice is so vulnerable.
If there is one fault, the guitar overloads at ~1:35 and ~2:03, but even that sounds neat, a mistake is made.

found some other great sopranos, some young and some more mature. I thought I would list them

Here is a piece that exemplifies hall ambience. One can just feel the huge hall presence. If you cannot, the problem usually lies in the upper bass, which tends to mask hall ambience. Try smaller speaker wire, and/or adjust speaker placement.

Here is one that will test the midrange, bass, dynamics of your system. The kick drum should
be distinct and taught, the other drums should give good account of themselves, a rat-a tat-tat
separation and cleanness, yet woody.

Golden buzzer time, and for good reason. I was watching portions of AGT, and what a voice, and the
recording is excellent as well. Another 15 years and the reigns will be turning over to some capable kids.
I think Simon has heard some 3 or 4 of these kids.
