Should have a few hi-fi rigs going, including an outdoor system, featuring some early 1970's JBL L-100's that I restored at a very young age.

Hey Pete,

I am 99% sure I'll be able to attend. I also will be lunching with some friends in L.I. next Sat. So I can't chicken out that easily this time. I know you'll have plenty of food. So.... I'll just bring an in-season fruit from Chinatown (if it doesn't get sold out!), Longan, Dragon Eye. Supposedly to be a very sweet fruit. But... watch it; it's so sweet that I don't want you guys to accidentally swallow the pit also, or a Longan tree will be shooting out of your you-know-where after a couple of days.

Thanks Pete and Mrs. G for hosting. I had a great time, and logged some quality listening on all three systems.
And the food... I should have fasted for a couple of days prior to the party. Great stuff.
I also managed to learn a thing or three about the JBL L-100 and it's several iterations.
