Here's some eye candy for those who actually read this thread. I've only listened to it once so I really don't have a feel for the music yet - nothing really stood out though. Clapton plays the guitar parts, which are noticeably bluesey. But I don't think they fit the music as much as Jeff Beck's guitar did on Amused to Death.

Roger Waters - The Pros and Cons of Hitch Hiking

FYI the cover you show was only avaiable in the first pressing, after which the censors demanded and got a more "modest " cover with a black bar covering the butt crack. As such the bare butt cover is more collectable and commands a higher price, which conversly means that if the cover is not important to you a few bucks can be saved by geting a "family friendly" version.

Just in from Radio-Active Records in Ft. Lauderdale, had this in my hand, but put it back as wasn't sure if any good.

The butt crack was not blacked out.

FWIW - I have no idea if there is any SQ difference between the original pressing and the later censored covers, I was just commenting about the difference in price that I had observed on the used market.

Just showed up in the office mail, so I'm listening via my lap-top and 'Coby' head-phones ;)
Driving drum beats, heavy guitars, and sultry female vocals, very reminiscent of Evanescence.
I like it and I'm psyched to get it home and give it a proper listen.

Also, they'll be playing a local bar on 12/30 so I may go and see them live  :thumb:
