Thanks Tom. I checked out Chad's Blue Notes from Music Matters. I'm gonna get Undercurrent and maybe Larry Young Unity if I like it after checking it out on Youtube. (the whole record is presented on youtube in a playlist for free.. Sadly? Fortunately? I don't know how I feel about that.) 

Fremer played a few minutes of Unity at the local hifi store promo party last month. Just as I was getting into the tune he cut it off to compare it to Blue Note's own shitty sounding version from United Pressing. But soon after that he played 2 complete, uninterrupted Rolling Stones live tracks from his laptop. Lumpy jazz is so unappreciated!
