First photo is YPL speakers - a Taiwanese speaker company. Both models are 2.5-way. The larger speaker sounded pretty good in the lower and mid-frequencies, but a bit too bright for my tastes.
Photo #2: This speaker was on display only. No audio and no specs other than the price of $99,000 NTD (~$3100 USD). The reps were busy with paying customers who were buying CD, LPs, and other stuff, so I wandered off.
Photo #3: Sorry, the cute girl is not for sale! This kit includes an amp, DAC w/volume control + 2 3" fullrange speakers + a 4" 'sub'woofer. Price $12,000NTD ($375 USD) Yes, it's all very basic stuff. The speakers sound okay so long as the music isn't too demanding. It would be a cool set for a desktop system.
Photo #4: JM Reynaud speakers. These are nice sounding speakers. If I hadn't just listened to the marvelous sounding JBL 4344 speakers in the first photo, I probably would have been more impressed. Good balance from top to bottom/no complaints.
Photos #5 and #6: These JBL speakers sounded flat to me. And, yeah, it didn't help that I listened to them mere minutes after I listened to the marvelous sounding 4344 speakers. The TT was MASSIVE! I nearly made shocked noises when I got up close to this monster and fully understood how huge it is. Of course, it wasn't hooked up or powered, so all we could do was gawk and stare at it. I didn't bother to ask how much it costs.
