I'm hoping to make it, and Andy may be coming with me. It's a trip and a half from LI, so it may be weather dependent. I may bring a box of $1 vinyl for people to pick through, if that's OK with you, otherwise I'll wait until Topround has his "Vinyl Rules" rave.

Update on the RAVE.

1. Transportation. There is a train that goes to the Basking Ridge station from New York and New Jersey Penn Station. I can easily pick anyone up from the train station which is about 1 mile away or if you walk though a few building lots you will be at my place. I recommend you call for a pick up. If any one needs more info on this, let me know.

2. Sure bring Vinyls or anything else that you want to exchange for dollars or services or anything else that is legal.

3. I believe we will have the Cherry Digital Amps. Bring your music on USB flash drives or USB disk drives any format. There will also be CD players and DAC's so we can have some fun with that.

4. I will have 2 systems in 2 places set up. If someone has another set of speakers, I have Mcintosh amp and preamp to drive that, no DAC but I am sure we can set that up.

5.  If you are bringing equipment, I suggest bringing the cables also as I am lite on cables. I will build some cables this weekend with silver coated wire and 4% silver solder. These will be home made so I don't know you will feel about them and the inflicted sound.

6. The family is planned to leave for the night, so we might have the place to ourselves. I will update you if there are changes.  Unfortunately the maids and butlers have the night off as well so it will all be self service and clean up after yourselves.

Does anyone know about the Les Hudson and Tractrix Speakers. There is some kind of offer but I don't what it is yet. Will this be worth anything to anyone?
