Volti has their act together. They picked the right company for cabling. System should get some awards.
The "Spirit" ICs are the real deal. Connectors feature low mass and super low capacitance for starters. I have compared them so far to my cables in the house. So far the top choice.
Without giving away the farm they are as linear as linear gets. No real character per say.
We all know one size does not fit all, however in this case just maybe. Neutral with gestalt. A continuous non mechanical presentation.
Like TWL other products a winner in every respect. Yes we sell TWL and proud we do.

I like the name "Spirit."

Thanks, Rich... There's a story (or two) behind the name... Like all TWL products, they will be reasonably priced and provide high value, knocking off some of the "Big Boys" at a fraction of their price... Over 2 years in the making, using the "best" materials, and more importantly, good design & engineering principles...

Enjoy your weekend,
Pete

Hi Pete

How did you come up with the Yamaha, Peachtree and even the Quicksilver monoblocks to pair with the Volti speakers etc? How did the system come together?

Your cables cost more than the Yamaha and Peachtree. Also the Quicksilver monoblocks are a fraction of the cost of Volti Audio speakers. From looking at other shows it always looks like most dealers and manufacturers keep the $$ amount of gear about the same.

Don't get me wrong. I'm glad you have a set-up like this. It shows to people one can have gear at varying price points together producing good sound.

I still need to get past having cables cost more than gear.

Thanks

Cables have evolved to the point where they are no longer simply accessories and should be looked at as gear, just the same as amps and speakers etc.

Hey Pete, am I correct in assuming there are two sets of interconnects, four pc and a set of sc. Which pc and how long sc?
Does have a lot to do with the price stated.
Really hope to hear the Spirits some time.

Yeah, my cables all together cost double the rest of the whole system, which ain't sayin much, but nothing to sneeze at either. I would never sell them, only upgrade them if I could. I share your feeling Sleepy, I wish cables didn't matter, wish great cables were cheap. Alas, nay...

Ignorance is bliss, hold on to it with all your might! All cables DO sound the same, until you hear great ones, then you're fucked.
