Audio Envy cables

I found this company on the web and it's fascinating reading. I have no idea what's involved with
R & D for products, but he claims 5 years and 250 prototypes. Good prices as well. Anybody heard of this company?

Yes. He introduced himself to us at CAF. Nice guy. Appears to be a musician , recording studio owner and audiophile. Like their philosophy and pricing.

As you audition so many products, have you had a chance to hear these, and if so, what do you think?

Audio Envy sent us some demo ICs and speaker cable to check out. Surprised us actually. To start they are Harmonic Kings. They beat out the Belden Iconoclast, Gronenberg and Tara which in our opinion are VG cables.
A new Kid on the block that I believe got it right. One size does not fit all as we know. If one is looking to color their system there are other cable options. If one wishes to add nothing to signal these are them.
They also make guitar cables. My Son said he can hear more harmonics and has better tone. He uses a vintage tubed Ampeg.

Nice to get your input on these. I may try these sometime. Great that we have "cable guys" here like Pete, Steve, Dave, Gary etc.

I'll likely be auditioning these pretty soon. I really like the design and materials used and the price is in my sweet spot....less than $200 per cable type. I'll post here if I do

I'll be interested to get your take on them as I had Captain make me up an 8 foot PC to go between the Equi=Core 1800 and the wall. So far so good and the price was right. I wanted to move the Equi=Core and the TWL DA I was using wasn't long enough nor was the 7+.

I have a pair of the Captain's speaker cables on the way that shipped out this afternoon. They are a pair of the new SP-7 cables that are not even listed on the website yet that he wanted me to try in place of the "older" SP-5 cables that I ordered. Hopefully they will arrive before we leave Sunday for our annual week of Spring Training Baseball in the Tampa Bay area. Would sure like them to break in along side the new Reynaud Speakers I received from Bob Neill on Saturday while we are gone.

I decided to try the Audio Envy PC because I wanted to move the Equi=Core and the longest TWL cable I had was about a foot short and while I waited for one to show up on the used market I decided to try the Audio Envy. I have been more than pleased with what it does and may in the long run just leave it in place unless a real deal shows up for a long 7+. I don't think you would be disappointed at all if you try it.
