Unlike the album cover here, I have a mono pressing.

Just liking this album more and more as I listen to it, thanks Jerome.

+!1 - I picked up a copy of this at the Crack House last week as well.

Ginger Baker - Horses & Trees

Herb Jeffries isn't a name that anyone here is likely to recognize.  There are only a few albums to his credit, all recorded in the late 1950s.  His claim to fame was that he did a stint in Duke Ellington's early 1940s band.  His deep baritone voice might not be everyone's cup of tea, but I like it.  Let's see if anyone here can tell me who that is gracing the album cover (without researching it on the internet).

Don't know, since I wasn't around back then. It is amazing however that this pretty sexy photo graced an album cover back then in that relatively modest/prudish time period. This could easily compete with the "Whipped Cream and Other Delights" cover. Strange that I haven't seen it before in a list of hottest/sexiest album covers.

Looks like Barbra Eden to me but I'm a no good redneck so don't listen to me

Liz Taylor - good grief?!?

I was thinking Barb Eden, but see Bill already covered that, so I'll throw out a young Grace Kelly.
